Some photographs from the “Mandal” close to my home in Navi Mumbai – it was the JanSeva Mandal and the lighting was beautiful.

3 p.m. in the afternoon, one very rain-soaked day.
Who can say this is Mumbai? [ Well it's Navi Mumbai, but still, it's part of Mumbai ].
start Where?
It’s a huge city – a veritable world in its own – and I don’t know where to start. I’ve been carrying my camera around every time I leave the house but for the life of me I am unable to figure out what / who / where to shoot! Some of the people are extremely interesting – their full-of-life faces, famous personalities – saw Nagesh Kukunoor today at Phoenix Mills in Lower Parel today – I like his movies – but he was obviously trying to keep a low profile and had a baseball cap strategically covering his face – then there are the trains and the railway platforms – there’s just so much to shoot!
Any clues where I could start?
